beautiful pool awesome atmosphere
i appreciated the pool area. it featured a well laid out design and a beautiful environment. the restaurants provided good food, and the atmosphere was awesome.
i found the reception service cold upon arrival. there were no explanations of the resort's attractions.

gym running track
the gym, running track and included kayaking were acceptable.
i found a lack of garbage bags in the bins in the room a problem. my wife and i had to put the bags in the cans ourselves. this seems unusual for a hotel that claims to be high end.

A balanced experience overall
clean room spacious room well kept trail high price excessive wait inconvenient time
the room was clean and spacious i had a king room the pool area was nice. the staff was generally friendly and helpful particularly at check-in.
the food prices at the restaurant seemed quite high for the quality received the elevator wait times could be excessive especially during peak hours it sometimes took 20 to 30 minutes to get to my floor. the shuttle service to the parks had inconvenient times , made it difficult to use effectively i used it only once.
